I’m trying to get over an aspect of my personality that I dislike, namely that I make big plans in my head and then don’t get around to carrying them out. I thought that if I publically declare the plans to the world then it would make me more likely to deliver. That’s the plan anyway. 🙂
What does your list look like, Margo?

My list is more a ‘to-do / enjoy-live’ list 🙂 and write about these things https://margohermans.com/joehoe/geniet/ I have a ‘translate’ option on my website, so you might be able to read my writings. 🙂

Oooo – a translate option – how does that work? I had a look before and it all seems like double-dutch to me!

It’s a widget provided by WordPress. Go to my website http://www.margohermans.com and on the right, almost on top, you see the option. Give it a try; choose your language! 🙂

I went there, I did it, I read your list, I loved it, I looked for the Like button (couldn’t find it), I looked for the Comment box (couldn’t find it) so I came back here and wrote this. I’m now going to work out how far 1/8th of a marathon is so that I can work out how fast you are. 🙂

You are funny! 😉
I got what you meant immediately – it’s called sarcasm, right? It’s alright for us to use sarcasm with each other because we get it, and we get it because we know each other (moderately) well. I know that you’re not trying to hurt me by calling me a slacker. I trust you, Dee.

I figured you got it, you’re quick that way! I’ve never seen a list of plans quite that extensive before – I know you like to be busy, but, jeez, Robert, you need some down time, too! ❤

Hey, that’s just my Short Term Plan! Also, that’s just writing related and doesn’t include my magnificent plan to taste pizza in every capital city in the world (and other such sundry schemes). 🙂 You abroad yet?

Shaking my head at your plans! No, we leave early Thursday, one night in San Francisco, then on to Maui and sunshine 🙂

It’s a good plan to plan to have a plan. 😉
I’ll be thinking of you tomorrow then, Dee.

Yes, plans are good, but mine might be shot to hell tomorrow as we’re flying through SF and there’s flooding out west. Then don’t know if we get there if we’ll be able to get out to Hawaii on Friday. Trying to breathe n out and be zen 🙂

Oh, Dee – I hope your plans aren’t scuppered by flooding – that would just be terrible – seriously. 😦

Thanks, unless you’re being facetious, then I’m sticking my tongue out at you! 🙂 But, no, hopefully the worst would be delays. But see what happens when you plan too much??

You should do nano again, and camp nano. In April and July. (One day I will get around to editing the 10 books, ranging between 50k words and 100k words I’ve written… sigh)

Just one. Just edit one and get it out there – you’ll feel tremendous when you do. Unless you have already … 🙂

Amazing list! I wish you all the luck with it 🙂 Can I as – how did piblishing your work on Amazon go?

In terms of planning to publish my work – it took me 2 years to get around to it. In terms of actually publishing, it was incredibly easy – 2 hours, tops. It’s just a matter of putting a cover together, formatting the text as directed and uploading the files to Amazon. In terms of the money I make – that is going well too – some months I make as much as £6.43! 🙂
Thanks for your comments, Sebastyan (are you sure you got the spelling right there (joke)) – most appreciated.
Kindness – Robert.
