Moving Forward

As far as moving forward goes, it’s just a matter of intending to fall, and then catching yourself. Here’s a step-by-step (literally) guide:
1. Stand up
2. Lean forward
3. Fall forward
4. Move one leg in direction of travel
5. Put your foot down
6. Come back to standing
7. Repeat steps one to 6 but this time with the other foot
8. Repeat steps one to 7.

Important Rules Pertaining To The Above:
– You have to fall
– You have to catch yourself
– It doesn’t work if you wait for someone else to catch you.
