Imagine that the rhythm of your life is like a wrecking ball – moving ponderously backwards and forwards, round and around. Imagine that this solid mass is now swinging towards you and you want it to stop at the exact place that you’re at. Here are some options:
- Stand in the path of that huge weight and try to seize it and keep it there
- Wait until the ball is where you want it to be and then savour that moment
- Jump on top of that ball and let it take you on a journey to wherever
- Find a better metaphor for your life.
You have the power and freedom to choose. Which course of action belongs to you?
I’d probably jump on top of that ball and see where it takes me ^_^

I don’t know. It varies. Two nights ago I dreamed there were alligators in my air conditioner and in my backyard. I was surprisingly unperturbed. Reoccurring dreams are of falling or a road that is either crazily winding/steep or falling apart. Mostly I don’t remember them. What were your splendid dreams?

I used to dream of coming to the edge of a tall building and then jumping off – and I would invariably fly, but now I tend to dream of normal, comfortable, everyday things. I like those dreams. 🙂

At first I thought that you had just fallen asleep at the keyboard and had had a dream as you slept, but then I realised that this was unlikely and it was more probable that you had dreamt this sometime over the past few days and had just remembered it (rather than just dreamt it). Did you come to any conclusions as to why you were naked? 🙂

Is that impressive? I think the dream ended after that. Or at least I don’t remember anything else. But it probably ended because what use is a dream where I’m clothed? I mean, I can do that whenever I want. I hardly get to walk around naked in public.
